The location was great and unbeatable, very close to the Riad's restaurant, all main attractions, and the center of the medina. In the evening we went to Tgi Friday's, located not too far away from the hotel.

The service is nice, includes easy to access parking.

The rooms with a comfortable decor. The breakfast was great and the staff was sympathetic.

It was in a decent and absolutely perfect location with Medina of Marrakesh nearby.

Ideal location for our needs, near to the square and the souks and a virtual back alley of the Medina. Also, in a quiet area of the Medina. Well-maintained and absolutely fabulous room and bathroom with a bath. Comfy beds and central heating and a seating area.

The units are impressive, spacious with a fireplace, beautiful bathrooms, as example.

A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was excellent. The location was perfect - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go.

I had a lovely stay at Riad Zaouia 44. The duty manager, Moha, warmly welcomed me with mint tea and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the city. The Lounge Suite I booked was spacious and beautiful. The daily housekeeping kept the room clean and fresh. The breakfast was delicious, with fried eggs, fresh orange juice, Moroccan bread, and pancakes. I highly recommend staying at this quiet and stylish oasis in Marrakech.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part, although there were a couple of drawbacks. The lack of privacy in the room with open bathrooms and toilets was a bit inconvenient, especially for a group of friends.

Well-designed riad with beautiful interiors, balconies, and rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Mohammed. Renovated with attention to detail, preserving architectural style with a modern touch. Oasis-like garden with pool and cozy sitting areas. Rooftop terrace for sunbathing. Individual suites with inward-facing balconies. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Amazing authentic Moroccan food.

Very helpful and caring staff from check-in to check-out and nothing was trouble for them. Really enjoyed the a nice size and fashionable room with a spacious bathroom. It was based in very cozy building in a decent location, to central attraction points.

The location was perfect and decent for walking around Medina of Marrakesh. The unit we got was reasonably large and beautifully designed with heating, the 2 king beds, as for instance. All the staffs were exceptional. Stayed here before and would book here again...
